Making A Purchase
In consideration of the Services provided to you by Attractum, you shall pay the service fees set forth in your Plan(s) (“Fees”). Attractum offers 1, 3, 6 and 12 month terms. All Plans are prepaid and automatically renew for successive like periods unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement. All Fees must be paid in advance by credit card, automatic payment or personal cheque. By establishing a Plan with Attractum you authorise Attractum to automatically charge the Fees and any administrative or other fees provided for in this Agreement to your credit card or transfer money from your checking account via the transit and routing numbers you provide on the Automatic Payment form. You may discuss other payment arrangements with Attractum’s Billing Manager by contacting us via our website. You must notify Attractum of any changes in your personal information (including, but not limited to the, billing address, account number or credit card or bank account, or expiration or cancellation of your card.). It shall be your sole responsibility to assure payment is received in full and on time. If payment is not collected by the date due, (1) your account will be suspended until payment is received in full, (2) a $5.00 late payment charge will be added to the invoice, and (3) Attractum reserves the right to terminate your Plan(s). If a Plan is suspended for insufficient payment, you must contact Attractum and arrange for immediate payment. Suspended accounts will continue to be responsible for the payment of fees. Accounts in default are subject to a service charge of 4% per month above bank lending rates ( or such other maximum amount permitted by law ) on the outstanding balance. Termination of Services shall not relieve customer from the obligation to satisfy outstanding amounts due and payable. In the event Attractum utilises a solicitor and/or collection agency to collect any unpaid amounts, Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all of Attractum's solicitors' fees, collection agency fees, and all other costs related to the collection of outstanding amounts. |
| Termination of Search Engine Marketing Packages On termination or suspension of your account, all access to the SEM services shall be stopped and the account shall be removed from our servers. |
| Tax Charges GST is only applied to New Zealand orders. All other worldwide orders are GST free. |
| Guarantee Whilst working with you for 12 months we shall NOT work with a competitor within your industry and within the same city, region or country wide (at our discretion). |
